These Terms govern the use of this Application and any other agreement or legal relationship with the Owner in a binding manner. Capitalized expressions are defined in the relevant section of this document.

By using this Application, the User confirms the following:
- There are no user restrictions based on whether they are Consumers or Professional Users;
- The User is of legal age under applicable law;
- Use by minors is allowed only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Registration

To use the Service, Users may open an account by providing complete and accurate information.

The Service can also be used without registration, but certain features may not be available.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. They must choose the most secure password level available.

By creating an account, Users agree to be fully responsible for all activities conducted using their credentials. In case of suspected breaches or data leaks, Users must notify the Owner immediately using the contact information provided in this document.

Account Closure

Users are free to close their account and stop using the Service at any time by contacting the Owner at the addresses provided in this document.

Account Suspension and Deletion

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete a User’s account at any time and without notice, at their sole discretion, if deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

Account suspension or deletion does not entitle Users to any compensation, reimbursement, or indemnity.

If an account is suspended or deleted due to the User’s fault, the User remains liable for any applicable fees or charges.

Content on This Application

Unless otherwise stated or clearly recognizable, all content on this Application is the property of the Owner or its licensors.

The Owner makes every effort to ensure that the content does not infringe applicable laws or third-party rights. If issues arise, Users should direct complaints to the contact information listed in this document.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Owner explicitly retains all intellectual property rights related to the content.

Users are not authorized to use content in any way other than necessary for proper use of the Service.

Users may not copy, download, share, modify, translate, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, transform, assign, or create derivative works from the content, nor allow others to do so through their account or device.

Where explicitly stated, Users may download, copy, or share certain content for personal, non-commercial use, provided attribution is maintained.

Access to External Resources

Users may access resources provided by third parties through this Application. The Owner has no control over such resources and is not responsible for their content or availability.

Any terms and conditions related to third-party resources are set by those third parties and governed accordingly.

Permitted Use

This Application and Service may only be used for their intended purposes under these Terms and applicable law.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use does not violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

The Owner reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests, including denying access, terminating contracts, or reporting abusive conduct to authorities if Users engage in:
- Legal violations,
- Infringement of third-party rights,
- Actions harmful to the Owner’s interests,
- Offensive behavior towards the Owner or others.

API Terms of Use

Users may access their data via the Application Programming Interface (API). Use of the API, even through third-party products or services, is subject to these Terms and the following additional condition:

- Users acknowledge and agree that the Owner is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from API use or access through third-party tools.

Some of the Products offered on this Application as part of the Service require payment.

Visual representations are for reference only and do not guarantee product characteristics. Actual features are specified during checkout.

Purchase Procedure

The purchase process includes selecting a product, reviewing purchase information, and submitting the order.

Placing an order results in a binding agreement and obliges the User to pay the stated amount, including any taxes and fees.

Order Submission

By submitting the order, Users:
- Conclude a binding agreement with the Owner;
- Accept the obligation to pay the specified amount;
- Agree to provide any required information;
- Receive an order confirmation email.

Prices

Before placing the order, Users are informed of all applicable charges, including shipping.
International duties are excluded.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Some may have additional conditions or fees.

Payments are handled by third-party providers; the Application does not store credit card details.

If a payment fails or is declined, the Owner is not obligated to fulfill the order and may claim reimbursement for related damages.

Retention of Ownership

Ownership of ordered products is transferred only after full payment is received by the Owner.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the User and follow the method outlined in the order summary.

Users should inspect packages upon delivery and report any issues. Damaged parcels may be refused.

Delivery is available in the territories specified on the Application. Expected delivery times are indicated during purchase, and unless otherwise agreed, delivery occurs within 30 days of purchase.

Failed Delivery

The Owner is not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect User-provided information or issues with third-party couriers.

If the package is not delivered or collected on time, it will be returned to the Owner. Further delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

User Rights – Right of Withdrawal

Unless exceptions apply, European Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without justification.

Users must notify the Owner clearly of their decision to withdraw and use the withdrawal form provided.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the User or their representative receives the goods.

Upon valid withdrawal, the Owner refunds all payments, excluding any delivery upgrades. Refunds are issued within 14 days via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Returns

The User must return the goods within 5 days of notifying the Owner, using the provided return form. Refunds may be withheld until items are received or proof of return is provided.

Users are liable for reduced item value resulting from improper handling. Return shipping and customs costs are borne by the User.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Legal Guarantee

Under EU law, sellers guarantee that products will function as described for a minimum of 2 years. This applies to all EU Consumers and may be expanded under national laws.

Non-EU Consumers may also benefit under their local consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability – US & AU Users

For Australian Users: These Terms do not limit any rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Liability is limited to re-supplying the service or covering the cost of doing so.

For US Users: The Owner provides the Service “as is” without warranties. The Owner disclaims liability for content inaccuracies, service disruptions, or third-party services. Damages are limited to the amount paid by the User in the previous 12 months.

Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and affiliates from claims or damages arising from:
- Use of the Service;
- Breach of Terms;
- Violation of laws or third-party rights;
- Content submitted from the User’s account.

General Provisions

No waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right.

Service Interruption: The Owner may suspend the Service for maintenance or other reasons.

Resale: Users may not resell the Service without the Owner’s prior written consent.

Privacy Policy: Personal data is handled according to the Application’s privacy policy.

Intellectual Property: All IP rights are owned by the Owner or licensors.

Terms Modification: The Owner may modify the Terms and will inform Users accordingly. Continued use implies acceptance.

Contract Assignment: The Owner may assign or transfer rights and obligations under these Terms. Users may not do so without written consent.

Severability

If any provision is invalid, it shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid. Remaining provisions remain in effect.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Owner’s location.

If the User’s national law offers higher consumer protection, it prevails.

Disputes shall be resolved in the competent court where the Owner is established, except for European Consumers who may use local courts.

Dispute Resolution

Users may contact the Owner to resolve disputes amicably.

Definitions

Application: The platform that provides the Service.

Agreement: Legally binding contract between User and Owner.

Consumer: As defined by applicable law.

European: Applies to all Users located in the EU.
