You will receive a response within 2 business days.

Return Authorization 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it
within 14 calendar days of delivery (excluding underwear and socks). 

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Only returns for orders made on our official website www.fivefourfive.it will
be accepted.

FiveFourFive follows EU and Italian laws regarding the right of withdrawal as
per art. 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) and
Legislative Decree 170/2021 implementing EU Directive 2019/771. For returns
from non-EU countries, contact Customer Care by email for instructions.

Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer and are as follows:
€7.90 for Italy, €19.90 for EU countries, €29.90 for non-EU countries.
Additional customs duties may apply for non-EU returns.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags,
within 14 calendar days of receipt. Missing tags or packaging, or clear signs
of use, may result in the return being rejected.

To initiate a return, follow the steps provided on the return authorization
page. Only one refund will be processed per return request. Shipping fees are
non-refundable.

After requesting a return, the package must be sent within 3 days along with
the return document, without which it will not be accepted.

Once received, FiveFourFive will check product quality. If compliant, a refund
will be issued to the original payment method or a store credit will be sent by
email.
If the returned item is not in original condition or is damaged, no refund will
be issued. The customer may opt to have the item returned at their own expense.
After that, no further returns will be accepted.

If the packaging or item is damaged, FiveFourFive may deduct up to 20% of the
refund as a restoration fee.

For orders that benefited from free shipping due to promotions, the refund will
be issued minus the shipping cost incurred by FiveFourFive: €7.90 for Italy,
€19.90 for EU, €29.90 for non-EU.

If promotional items (gifts, gadgets) were included with the order, these must
be returned if the final amount drops below the promotional threshold.
Otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refund.

In the case of free shipping obtained through a minimum spend promotion, if the
return lowers the order total below the minimum, shipping costs may be deducted
from the refund.

Size Exchange Request 

If you wish to request a size exchange:

- If the website is open, we suggest placing a new order and returning the
incorrect size.

- If the website is closed, FiveFourFive will check availability upon receiving
the return. Returns for size exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving
the return. Timing may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.

- Credit Card: timing depends on your credit issuer. A confirmation email will
be sent once the refund is issued. If your card is about to expire, the refund
will be issued via bank transfer to the details provided by the customer.
FiveFourFive is not responsible for unreported expired cards or failed refunds
to such cards.

- PayPal: the refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account. You will
receive a confirmation email from us when the refund is processed.
