Return Authorization

We would like to inform you that, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the exception of underwear and socks.

If you purchase a discounted item, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size, as indicated on the product at the time of purchase.

Only returns for orders placed on our official website, www.fivefourfive.it, will be processed.

FiveFourFive applies European law and Italian law pursuant to Article 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the so-called “Consumer Code,” and Legislative Decree no. 170 of 4 November 2021, implementing EU Directive 2019/771, with regard to returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal in European Union countries.

To return orders placed outside the European Union, it is necessary to contact Customer Care directly by email so that the request can be managed.

Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer and depend on the shipping country. They amount to €7.90 for Italy, €19.90 for EEC countries, and €29.90 for non-EEC countries. For non-EEC countries, import customs costs must also be added and are borne by the customer.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached, within 14 calendar days of receipt. Missing packaging or tags, or clear evidence that the garments have been used, will result in the return not being accepted.

To proceed with the return, you must follow the steps available on the return authorization page. Please note that we are only able to process a refund. Shipping costs will be borne by you.

After submitting the return request, the parcel may be shipped within 3 days together with the return document, without which it cannot be accepted.

Once the return has been received, FiveFourFive will check the quality of the product(s) to verify that they comply with our return policy. If they do, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, or a voucher will be sent by email.

If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, FiveFourFive will not proceed with the refund. In this case, the Customer may decide to have the item shipped back at their own expense. After this shipment, it will no longer be possible to return the order again.

If the packaging, wrapping, and/or product are damaged, FiveFourFive will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 20% of the refund amount, as a contribution to restoration costs.

In the case of purchases made without paying shipping costs due to special ongoing promotions, the return with refund will be accepted net of the shipping costs incurred by 545 Srl for delivery to the customer, equal to €7.90 for Italy, €19.90 for EEC countries, and €29.90 for non-EEC countries. This amount will therefore be deducted from the price of the item(s) being returned.

We would like to inform you that, if promotional products such as gifts or objects are included in the shipment, these items must be returned together with the purchased garments if the return causes the order amount to fall below the threshold required to receive the gift. If they are not returned, the value of the promotional products will be deducted from the refund amount.

In addition, in the case of a return relating to a free-shipping order received thanks to promotions requiring a minimum spend, the refund may be subject to a deduction if the final amount falls below the established minimum spending threshold.

Size Exchange Request

If the Customer decides to request a size exchange, they may proceed in one of two ways:

If the website is open, we recommend placing a new order and returning the incorrect size.

If the website is closed, FiveFourFive reserves the right to check availability when the return is received. Please note that returns on size exchanges are not accepted.

Refund

The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 days from the day we receive the return at our warehouse. The time required for the amount to appear on your credit card may vary depending on local banking procedures.

Credit card: the timing depends on the card issuer. As soon as the refund has been issued, we will send you a confirmation email. If the credit card is close to expiring, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank details provided by the customer. FiveFourFive is not responsible for failure to communicate the credit card expiry date or for refunds made to expired cards.

PayPal: the refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been requested.
