Order Manager
For orders from Italy, orders can be placed at: fivefourfive.it all orders from countries other than Italy can only be placed at: eu.fivefourfive.it.
Please make sure you are using the correct platform to avoid wasting time.
If your payment has been successful, you will immediately see the “Order Confirmed” page with a summary of the products purchased, some useful information, and your order number.
If you do not receive any email, please make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct and active. Due to high traffic during drops, the email may arrive a few minutes late.
If the system does not accept your order, we recommend checking that the transaction was successful. You can always contact us for further assistance at orders@fivefourfive.it.
The order is processed only after the payment has been successfully registered. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive the email, please also check your spam folder or contact our Customer Care.
You will receive an additional email with the courier link when the goods leave our warehouse.
Orders that have been placed and dispatched cannot be modified. However, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a modification request may be sent by email to Customer Service, which reserves the right to decide on the matter independently.
FiveFourFive reserves the right to refuse an order if PayPal is unable to receive verification from the Customer’s bank.
It is not possible to combine multiple orders into a single shipment, as our order management system automatically generates a waybill for each order.
Requests relating to orders from accounts other than the one used to make the purchase cannot be processed.
Shipping
Deliveries in Italy are carried out by Bartolini and GLS, while worldwide deliveries are carried out by UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
Unless special promotions are communicated to customers through all social media channels, shipping costs are:
Italy: €7.90
Europe (EEC): €19.90
Worldwide: €29.90, including Brexit countries.
Some countries may be subject to shipping cost surcharges due to geopolitical reasons.
Delivery Times
Orders whose products are available in the warehouse are processed and handed over to the courier as quickly as possible, usually within 3–5 working days from the order confirmation received by email.
All orders are shipped through the express couriers mentioned above, with the following delivery times:
Italy: delivery within 1–3 working days from the shipping date
Europe (EEC): delivery within 1–3 working days from the shipping date
Worldwide: delivery within 1–5 working days from the shipping date
For shipments to non-EEC countries where goods are subject to customs checks, delivery times may vary from 5 to 10 working days.
Customs Duties
Taxes and customs duties are not shown on the cart page for orders destined for non-EEC and Brexit countries. The courier will contact you to proceed with payment and shipment of the parcel. These costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
Shipping Address
To ensure correct delivery times, we ask you to fill in all required fields for the shipping address. Please enter the name of the company, offices, or public businesses and their opening hours when the delivery is not to a home address.
FiveFourFive is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the customer’s address. For any information, please contact our Customer Care at orders@fivefourfive.it.
An order that has already been dispatched and handed over to the courier may only have its address changed by contacting DHL at 199.199.345.
Damaged or Tampered Packaging
FiveFourFive is not responsible for any delays or damage to products. If you receive damaged or tampered packaging, we ask you to refuse delivery or, if applicable, sign with reservation of inspection.
We strongly recommend photographing the packaging before and after opening the parcel.
If the products are damaged, please contact DHL at 199.199.345.

Any issues relating to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 days of delivery by sending an email to Customer Care.
Issue with the Received Order
In the event of an incorrect, missing, or defective item, contact us by email at orders@fivefourfive.it, indicating your order number and the missing products, or providing images of the incorrect or defective item. In the latter case, please indicate your preference between replacement of the item and refund.
Failure by the Customer to Collect
In the event of failure to collect the material within 5 working days while it is being held at the courier’s warehouse due to repeated inability to deliver, the order will be automatically cancelled and the courier will return the parcel to our office.
In this case, the customer is required to reimburse FiveFourFive for the double shipping costs, both outbound delivery to the Customer and return to our office.
Additional Information
In the event of refusal of delivery, or if the shipment cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to FiveFourFive, the shipping costs for delivery and return of the goods, as well as customs duties, will be deducted from the refund.
DHL provides for a second delivery attempt if the recipient is absent. Afterwards, the order will be stored at the nearest warehouse.
Storage costs may be charged to the customer if the delivery cannot be completed due to any issue relating to the customer.
