For orders from Italy, please use the

All orders from countries outside Italy must be placed at: eu.fivefourfive.it

Make sure you are on the correct platform to avoid wasting time.


If your payment is successful, you will immediately see the “Order Confirmed”
page with a summary of your purchased items and other useful information,
including your order number.

If you don’t receive an email, please make sure the email provided at checkout
is correct and active. Due to high traffic during drops, the confirmation email
may be slightly delayed.

If the system doesn’t accept your order, please verify that the transaction was
successful. You can always contact us for further assistance at:
orders@fivefourfive.it.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received. You
will get a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. If you don’t
receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our Customer Care.

You will also receive another email with the courier’s tracking link once the
package leaves our warehouse.

Once processed, orders cannot be modified. However, if your order has not yet
been shipped, you can request a change via email to Customer Service, who
reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis. FiveFourFive also
reserves the right to reject any order if PayPal fails to verify the buyer’s
bank details.

It is not possible to combine multiple orders into one shipment, as our system
automatically generates a separate waybill for each order.

We cannot process requests related to orders from accounts different from the
one used for the purchase.

Shipping

Deliveries are made by DHL both in Italy
and worldwide.
Shipping fees, unless otherwise stated in promotional communications, are as
follows:

- Italy: €7.90

- Europe (EU): €19.90

- Worldwide (including Brexit countries): €29.90

Some countries may incur additional charges due to geopolitical reasons.

Delivery Times

Orders with items in stock are usually
processed and handed over to the courier within 3–5 business days after
receiving the order confirmation email.

All shipments are handled by DHL express courier with the following estimated
delivery times:

- Italy: 1–3 business days from shipping date

- Europe (EU): 1–3 business days from shipping date

- Worldwide: 1–5 business days from shipping date

For countries outside the EU, where customs checks apply, delivery may take
5–10 business days.

Customs Duties

Customs taxes and duties are not displayed
at checkout for orders shipped outside the EU and to Brexit countries. DHL will
contact you for payment before proceeding with delivery (these costs are borne
by the customer and are not included in the purchase price).

Shipping Address

To ensure timely delivery, please fill in
all required address fields. If you are shipping to a business, office, or
public institution, include its name and operating hours. FiveFourFive is not
responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. For any questions, contact
us at: orders@fivefourfive.it.

Once the order is handed over to the courier, any address changes must be made
directly with DHL by calling: 199.199.345.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

FiveFourFive is not responsible for
delivery delays or product damage. If you receive a damaged or tampered
package, please refuse the delivery, or sign with reservation. Take photos of
the package both before and after opening.

If the contents are damaged, contact DHL at 199.199.345 and inform our Customer
Care at orders@fivefourfive.it.

Any issues regarding the physical condition, completeness, or accuracy of
delivered items must be reported within 2 days of delivery by emailing our
Customer Care.

Issues with Received Orders

If your order contains the wrong item, is
missing items, or includes defective products, please email
orders@fivefourfive.it with your order number and relevant photos or missing
item details.

In the case of defects, let us know if you prefer a replacement or a refund.

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

If the customer does not claim the package
within 5 business days from when it arrives at the courier’s facility (due to
repeated failed delivery attempts), the order will be automatically canceled
and returned to our headquarters. In this case, the customer must reimburse
double shipping costs (outbound and return shipping).

Additional Information

If the delivery is refused or cannot be
completed for reasons not attributable to FiveFourFive, the shipping and return
costs, as well as any customs fees, will be deducted from the refund.

DHL will attempt delivery twice in case of recipient absence. If unsuccessful,
the package will be stored at the nearest DHL warehouse. Storage fees may apply
if the issue is due to customer-related problems.
