We would like to inform our valued customers that, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receipt.

MAKE A RETURN

Click the button and follow the instructions to complete the return procedure. Once your request has been confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing:

• the Return Code associated with your order
• the Return Label to attach to the parcel

Return procedure:

  1. Attach the Return Label to the outside of the parcel.
  2. Place the completed Return Form inside the parcel.
  3. Book the parcel collection with DHL Express using the link provided in the confirmation email.

Note: the refund amount shown is indicative and will be subject to verification by our administrative department.
