MAKE A RETURN
We would like to inform kind customers that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Click on the button and follow the instructions to complete the return process.
Once your request has been confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing:
• The Return Code associated with your order
• The Return Label to attach to the package
Return procedure:
1. Apply the Return Label to the outside of the package.
2. Insert the completed Return Form inside.
3. Book the collection of the package with DHL Express via the link provided in the confirmation email.
Note: the refund amount is indicative and will be subject to verification by our administrative office.
