You can register by clicking on the “Account” icon on our website and following the steps to create an account. Although registration is optional, it allows you to checkout faster and easily keep track of your orders.

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the appropriate section of our homepage.

Where can I enter a discount code?
You can apply your discount code at checkout, in the field provided, before completing your order.

How can I clean a FiveFourFive product?
Care instructions can be found on the inside label of each item. For some extra routine cleaning, we recommend that you contact a specialized dry cleaner.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal, major credit cards and other secure online payment methods.
What happens if I do not receive my order confirmation email?
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, check that the e-mail address you entered during checkout is correct. If everything is okay, check the spam box. Sometimes due to high flow during drops, emails may arrive a few minutes late. For more information contact our customer service department at orders@fivefourfive.it
How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order is picked up by the DHL shipper. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam box or contact us.
Can I edit or merge multiple orders into one?
No, once confirmed, orders cannot be merged. Our system automatically generates a shipping bill for each order. If the goods have not yet been shipped, you can contact our Customer Care to request a change in some of the shipment details. However, it will not be possible to merge two shipments.

SHIPPING
How long does it take to receive my order?
In Italy and Europe, delivery is within 1-3 business days from the date of delivery to DHL. For the rest of the world, delivery time is between 1-5 business days, excluding any customs delays.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are: €7.90 for Italy, €19.90 for CEE countries and €29.90 for Extra CEE countries. Promotional changes in shipping costs will be communicated through all FiveFourFive channels.
What do I do if the package arrives damaged or tampered with?
If the package is damaged, you can refuse the delivery or sign with reservation. You must take photos of the package before and after opening and contact the DHL courier and our Customer Care (orders@fivefourfive.it) reporting what happened.
Can I change the shipping address after the order has been shipped?
No, once shipped, we can no longer make changes; however, you can contact DHL directly at the following number 199. 199. 345 to request any address changes.
RETURNS
What is FiveFourFive's return policy?
You may return items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and with all tags attached. Exceptions are items such as underwear and socks for obvious hygienic reasons that cannot be returned.
How can I return an item?
If you have an account, log in and select the order you wish to return in the “Orders” section. If you purchased as a guest, create an account with the same email used for the order, then follow the instructions found here.
Who pays for the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For Italy, the rate is €7.90, for EEC countries €19.90 and for Extra EEC countries €29.90 to which customs import costs may be added. These amounts will be deducted from the final refund.
Can I use a courier of my choice for the return?
No, we provide a prepaid return label through DHL, which must be used to return the item. Returns shipped independently will not be accepted.
Can I return an order placed outside the European Union?
Returns regarding sales made outside the EU (including the US and UK) follow a different process. One must write an email to orders@fivefourfive.it to proceed with the request.
What happens if I return an item that is damaged or does not comply with the return policy?
In that case, we will not make a refund. The customer may decide to receive the item again at his or her own expense.
REFUNDS
When will I receive the refund?
A refund is issued within 5 days of receipt of the return. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your credit card or PayPal account depends on the timing of your banking institution.
What will be refunded?
You will be refunded the cost of the returned items, minus shipping costs (including free shipping for promotions) and any incidental costs such as inventory,
What happens if I can't pick up my package?
If the package is not picked up within 5 business days of being deposited with the carrier, the order will be canceled and you will be charged for round-trip shipping.
SIZE CHANGE
Can I change the size of an item?
You can purchase the new size and return the wrong size by following the standard return procedure. If the site is closed, please contact us to check size availability.
